Students reading and working on laptops in a university library

For universities

See where your international students need support, without seeing their private lives

Overview

Intlgrate gives your teams a clearer picture of how international students are settling in, built entirely on student consent and anonymous aggregation.

What your team gets

Consent-based invitations
Invite students by email. Each student decides whether to connect and what to share.
Your services, surfaced
Publish guides and support programmes that appear for connected students alongside Intlgrate's library.
Engagement analytics
Participation, weekly activity and the resources students use most.
Aggregated settlement concerns
Which concerns are most common across your cohort, from students who opted in.
Wellbeing trends
Average mood and stress over time, never displayed for fewer than 5 students.
Exportable reports
Download aggregated reports for committees and planning.

Privacy is the product

University accounts cannot access AI conversations, individual check-ins, reflections or immigration details. Analytics are calculated in the database and suppressed for any group smaller than 5 students.

Each organisation's data is isolated from every other organisation by row-level security. Every analytics view is recorded in an audit log.

Individual referrals

Intlgrate does not currently pass information about individual students to universities. Any future referral pathway will require a reviewed safeguarding policy, a clear lawful basis and explicit student consent before it is switched on.
