For students
Is Intlgrate free for students?
Yes. The AI companion, check-ins, settlement tools, cultural guides and community are free for students. Any future premium content will be optional.
Is the AI companion a therapist?
No. The companion offers supportive conversation, practical suggestions and links to services. It cannot diagnose conditions or provide treatment. If you are in danger, call 999. For urgent mental health support in England, call NHS 111 and choose the mental health option.
Can my university read my conversations?
No. Universities and agents can never read your AI conversations, check-in notes or visa details. If you choose to connect with a university, it only sees anonymous totals from groups of at least 5 students.
Do I have to share my visa details?
No. Visa details are optional. If you add them, they are used only for your own reminders and guidance, and you can delete them at any time.
Does Intlgrate give immigration advice?
No. Intlgrate provides general information with links to official GOV.UK guidance. For advice on your situation, contact your university's international advice team or a regulated immigration adviser.
How do I delete my data?
Go to Settings, then Privacy & data. You can download a copy of your data or permanently delete your account at any time.
For universities and agents
How does my university join?
A university representative registers, submits institution details and is verified by the Intlgrate team before accessing institutional features. Partnerships are agreed individually.
How do agents use Intlgrate?
Verified education agents can invite the students they place, share pre-arrival checklists and, if a student agrees, see their milestone progress. Agents never see wellbeing information.
