Version 1, last updated 29 October 2026

Draft for legal review. This document describes how the Intlgrate prototype works and must be reviewed by a qualified adviser, and completed with the operating company's details, before public launch.

About these terms

These terms apply when you use Intlgrate. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What Intlgrate is, and isn't

  • Intlgrate provides wellbeing tools, general information and a community for international students.
  • Intlgrate is not a medical, counselling or emergency service. The AI companion cannot diagnose conditions or provide treatment. If you are in danger, call 999.
  • Intlgrate does not provide legal or immigration advice. Information about visas is general and links to official sources. For advice on your situation, contact a regulated immigration adviser or your university's advice service.
  • AI replies can be inaccurate. Check important information with an official source.

Your account

  • You must be at least 16 to create an account.
  • Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you think someone else has accessed your account.
  • University and agency accounts must be used only by authorised staff and only for the purposes described in the partnership agreement.

Community rules

  • Be respectful. Harassment, hate speech, threats and discrimination are not allowed.
  • Do not share other people's personal information, or your own sensitive details such as visa numbers.
  • Do not offer paid services, including immigration advice, unless you are regulated and authorised by us.
  • We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Organisations

Organisations may only use aggregated information for the purpose of supporting students, and must not attempt to identify individuals from reports. Organisation accounts are subject to verification and may be suspended.

Changes and ending your account

We may update these terms and will tell you about significant changes. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Liability and law

[To be completed with legal advice.] These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
