Our story
We're building the welcome we wish every student had
Overview
The gap we saw
Support for international students exists, but it is scattered. Wellbeing services sit in one place, visa advice in another, and cultural adjustment is mostly left to chance. Students often don't know what to ask, or feel uneasy asking for help in a system they don't yet understand.
At the same time, immigration deadlines and paperwork weigh heavily on wellbeing, yet most tools treat them as separate problems. We think they belong together, handled with care and with the student firmly in control of their information.
What we believe
- Students own their story
- Nothing personal is shared with a university or agent unless the student chooses to, and even then only as anonymous trends.
- Culture is personal
- Two students from the same country can need completely different things. We design for individuals, not stereotypes.
- Technology should know its limits
- Our AI companion supports and signposts. It is not a therapist and it says so, clearly and kindly.
- Official sources first
- Immigration information links to GOV.UK and regulated advisers. We never present general guidance as legal advice.

Where we are today
Intlgrate is an early-stage platform. The product you can use today is a working prototype that we are developing with students, universities and education agents. Features that need clinical, legal or research review before wider use are clearly labelled inside the app.
If you would like to help shape it, as a student, a university team or a partner, we would love to hear from you.
